Carlos is General Manager and a dedicated self-learner and animal lover, finding inspiration in promoting both human and animal welfare. He's also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He empowers clients to cultivate healthier habits and embrace active lifestyles.

Carol's got one of the strongest sets of hands on the team and keeps an eye on the details.  She's passionate about strength training and all things beauty and wellness.  She wears her compassion for human and animals on her sleeves.  Her two kitties would verify!
